MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — At the Minnesota State Capitol Thursday, crews installed the final piece of a memorial honoring family members of military veterans.

“I really like the symbolization of the table because there are so many family gatherings that we have our empty chair in place, and we do always miss them.
