ST. PAUL, Minn. (WCCO) — We now know what will replace the Pioneer Press building in downtown St. Paul, as it moves its headquarters — apartments.
The newspaper will share where its new facility will be, in the coming days. It’s been at 4th and Cedar Streets for 30 years.
The developer who purchased the building told the newspaper it will turn the site into an apartment complex. It expects to begin construction in January, and be ready for tenants by next fall.
