MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — A motorcyclist was killed after crashing into another vehicle in Isanti, Minnesota Sunday afternoon.
The crash happened along Highway 47 near 261st Street at about 4:15 p.m.
According to the State Patrol, the vehicle was turning onto the highway. The motorcyclist, who was traveling north on the highway, crashed into the driver’s side of the car.
The 70-year-old motorcyclist, who was not immediately identified, was airlifted to Hennepin County Medical Center, where he died of his injuries.
The State Patrol says it didn’t appear alcohol played a factor in the crash.
