MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – After isolated thunderstorms Sunday, Minnesotans will experience several days of fall-like weather.

Meteorologist Mike Augustyniak says the workweek will only bring highs in the 70s, with lows dipping down into the upper 50s.

Heavy rain is expected for Tuesday, and scattered showers are in store for Wednesday, when the high will only reach into the upper 60s.

But don’t put away the AC unit just yet.

The heat and humidity will return to Minnesota by next weekend.
