Restaurant owner Luke Shimp and restaurant “beer guru” Grant Fabel teamed up with Stillwater’s Lift Bridge Brewing Co. to create the IPA.

Shimp, Fabel and the Lift Bridge brew masters worked together to create the brew which blends citrusy hops, grapefruit and pine notes and light caramel-y malts. It is medium-bodied with a dry finish.

According to the restaurant, the Red Rye IPA is a great food beer that pairs well with all savory foods. They suggest pairing it with their 60/40 burger or their Brooklyn burger.
