MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – There’s good news for those of you who decided to hit the road this Labor Day!

The average gasoline prices are at their lowest point in 11 years for a Labor Day weekend.

According to GasBuddy.com, we’re paying an average of $2.37 a gallon here in Minnesota. That’s $0.94 cheaper than a year ago.

And experts predict prices will continue to drop! AAA believes gas will fall below $2 by Christmas.
