HERMANTOWN, Minn. (AP) — Police say a Wisconsin man was struck and killed by an SUV while riding a bicycle in a city outside Duluth.
The Hermantown Police Department says 44-year-old Richard Brill of Superior, Wisconsin, was killed in the crash Sunday afternoon. Police say Brill was riding on the shoulder of a Hermantown road when an SUV driving in the opposite direction crossed the center line and struck him.

Police say the SUV’s driver, a 71-year-old man from Proctor, agreed to have his blood drawn for testing and was not arrested.
