MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — A motorcyclist killed in an Eden Prairie crash Sunday has been identified as a 25-year-old Apple Valley man, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.

Authorities received a report of the crash at about 6:23 p.m. on Highway 212 at the exit to Valley View Road in Eden Prairie. An investigation showed a Honda motorcycle was exiting from westbound Highway 212 onto Valley View Road and jumped the median into oncoming traffic.

The motorcycle hit a Lincoln Continental and then a Cadillac CTS. The driver of the motorcycle was taken to Hennepin County Medical Center and was later pronounced dead. On Monday, he was identified as Joshua Larson.

There were no other injuries.

The crash is under investigation by the Minnesota State Patrol with assistance from the Eden Prairie Police Department.
