Bemidji Police Seek Help Locating Missing Redby Woman
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – The Bemidji Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in locating a missing Redby woman.
According to police, 31-year-old Rose Downwind was last seen by family on Monday, Oct. 19 at Target in Bemidji.
Police also say her ex-boyfriend reported last seeing her leaving a residence on Stoner Avenue, located in southeastern Bemidji, on the morning of Wednesday, Oct. 21. She may have gotten into a blue vehicle.
Downwind is described as being 5'4" and weighing 120 pounds. She has brown hair and a light complexion. She was last seen wearing a blue sweater and black pants.
