MINNERAPOLIS (WCCO) – St. Paul Mayor Chris Coleman is in Paris Tuesday for the United Nations Convention on Climate Change.

“Obviously security is very tight here in Paris,” he said. “When you have presidents, prime ministers, kings and queens of the various nations that are here, UN diplomats, etc., you certainly notice a strong security presence here.
