When officers attempted to stop the vehicle, the driver attempted to elude the officers, but pulled over due to the number of squads in the area. Two unidentified juveniles were then arrested.
Elder says narcotics were observed in plain sight inside the car and a handgun was recovered. The origin of the handgun is being researched.MORE NEWS: Wisconsin's Gov. Tony Evers Vetoes GOP Abortion Bills
