Death Of 22-Month-Old Boy In St. Cloud Ruled Homicide
ST. CLOUD, Minn. (WCCO) – Officials say the death of a 22-month-old boy in St. Cloud last September was a homicide.
In a release Monday, the Hennepin County Medical Examiner's Office ruled that Billy Rebel Chapman died of complications from a stroke associated with multiple blunt force injuries.
The boy died on Sept. 1 at Children's Hospital in Minneapolis. Two days before, police in St. Cloud said they found Chapman unconscious after responding to a call of a child that'd fallen.
Chapman's death remains under investigation. Police say no arrests have been made.
