Last week, the event was cancelled due to above-average warmth and rapidly deteriorating ice thickness.
“Artists have demonstrated resilience, agility and team spirit throughout the entire process,” Witt Siasoco, Artistic Director, said. “They have worked for months to create a tremendous Program and overwhelmingly voted to continue the festival as planned. The Art Shanty Projects has been a month-long festival on White Bear Lake for 10 years.
