They include the latest developments from the police shootings in Baton Rouge, and a Republican National Convention speech some are saying sounded suspiciously like one delivered eight years ago at the Democratic National Convention.
Autopsy Results Expected On Baton Rouge Shooter
An autopsy is expected to be performed on the body of the former Marine who ambushed three Baton Rouge police officers Sunday. On Monday, authorities released surveillance photos as they described in detail how Gavin Long targeted and assassinated the officers. President Obama has ordered flags to be flown at half-staff across the country in honor of the officers.
Was RNC Speech Lifted From Michelle Obama?
Melania Trump is accused of plagiarizing part of Michelle Obama's speech from the 2008 Democratic National Convention for the speech she gave Monday night at the Republican National Convention in Cleveland. Overnight, Donald Trump's campaign released a statement about the speech, but did not address the allegations of plagiarism.
The Heat Will Be Hot
There's no two ways about it: this week is going to be getting hot. The National Weather Service just upgraded significant portions of the state to an excessive heat warning for Wednesday through Friday.

As of Monday, Uber reports having hit the 2 billion ride mark. Trips in 16 countries on five continents helped push Uber reach that milestone. Uber has exploded around the world, but its global ambitions have hit a number of roadblocks. It's faced government fines, been sued by drivers, targeted in protests, and even banned in some cities.
