Washington Co. Sheriff Seeking Person Of Interest In String Of Burglaries

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Authorities in Washington County are looking for a person of interest in several home break-ins and attempted break-ins last week.

According to the Washington County Sheriff's Office, there were three break-ins via unlocked doors in the city of Hugo last Friday. Cash and liquor were taken from the homes.

That same night, deputies say there were two other attempted break-ins in the area. The doors were locked in those cases, and the burglar wasn't successful.

Since that day, Washington County Sheriff's officials say there have been two similar break-ins in the area where a suspect or suspects entered the homes via unlocked doors.
