MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Lakeville police say the driver of a propane truck has been rescued after the vehicle rolled into a retaining pond early Tuesday afternoon.

According to police, the propane truck rolled into the pond near County Road 70 and Kenrick Avenue, not far off of Interstate 35. City officials say the driver was extricated soon after.

The area is now blocked off and hazmat crews were dispatched. Kenrick Avenue is closed south of County Road 70 to 215th Street.

  1. Sure, we can comment on this meaningless space waster story, but no on the court decision to force a man to have his 5th amendment rights violated. The court is wrong and the governmental over reach is just beginning.
