Chef Behind Young Joni To Bring Mexican-Inspired Restaurant To Uptown
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The chef behind the popular Minneapolis restaurants Young Joni and Pizzeria Lola is planning to open another spot.
Ann Kim and her business partner and husband, Conrad Leifur, are going to open a business in the former Lucia's Restaurant in Uptown.
They are switching from pizzas to tortillas.
The new Mexican-inspired restaurant will open next summer.
