MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Metro Transit officials say ticket machines at light rail stations were knocked offline Friday by a network outage.

The Metro Transit ticket function in the app is also offline.

According to a 12:10 p.m. tweet, crews are working to fix the problem.

In the meantime, Metro Transit customers are asked to call 612-373-3333 and choose option No. 2 for trip planning help.
