Most People Plan On Returning Holiday Gifts, Survey Finds

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Do you tend to head back to the stores right after Christmas to take back some of those gifts that were under the tree?

A recent survey shows 77% of consumers say they already plan on returning gifts.

The Oracle survey also showed that nearly 20% will return more than half of their presents.

Experts say the process of shopping for holiday gifts has shifted to a focus on returns and exchanges, especially with online retail surging.
