Shooting In Minneapolis' Near North Neighborhood Marks 113th Gun Violence Victim Since Memorial Day
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- One person was shot early Wednesday evening in Minneapolis's Near North neighborhood.
Police say it occurred on the 1600 block of Plymouth Avenue North. The victim is in an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The investigation is ongoing.
Officials say 113 people have been shot since Memorial Day in Minneapolis. Eight people have died.
