Dress Shoe Sales Falling Off Amid Pandemic
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Some things may be hard to come by, but High heels are in low demand during the pandemic.
According to NPD group, dress shoe sales slumped 71% in the second quarter from a year ago.
Americans are trading in dress shoes for more comfy options like sneakers, slippers and slides.
Formal shoe wear had already been in decline in recent years.
