Survey: Average Person Sets Goal To Eat Healthier 4 Times A Month

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Many people make the resolution to lose weight or eat healthier in the New Year.

But a new OnePoll survey shows the average person sets a goal to eat healthier four times a month, but then doesn't follow through.

The most popular diets people tried are low-carb, low-fat, and intermittent fasting.
