Missing: Kou Yang, 50, Last Heard From By Family In Early July, St. Paul Police Say
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- St. Paul police are asking for the public's help to find 50-year-old Kou Yang, who has not been in touch with his family since July 3.
He is possibly driving a white 2014 GMC Savanna cargo van with Minnesota license plate GMS420, and he could be in the Milwaukee area, where he has some family.
