MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — St. Paul police are investigating the city’s third homicide of the year.
It happened Tuesday at about 5:30 p.m. on the 300 block of Blair Avenue, in the Frogtown neighborhood. Police say officers found a man outside of a home who had been shot multiple times. He later died at Regions Hospital.

Investigators are asking neighbors to check their home security cameras for any clues about what happened.
