The Timberwolves say Love hurt his neck in a hard fall during the fourth quarter of Minnesota's win Tuesday over the Los Angeles Lakers. Minnesota coach Rick Adelman said Love had treatment before Wednesday's game in an attempt to play. He was in the starting lineup given to media before the team announced he would be out.
