ID's Released In Fatal Maple Plain CrashAuthorities say one person was killed Tuesday night after a head-on crash on Highway 12 west of the Twin Cities. The Medina Police Department responded to an accident on Highway 12 at about 9:45 p.m. involving a car and a semi-truck about one mile east of Maple Plan.
