Best Off-Leash Dog Areas In Minnesota

Have you bought or adopted a new four-legged best friend? Do you think that they get bored staying in the apartment all day while you are at work? Is your backyard somewhat small? Well you and your new best friend can bask in the Minnesota sun, walk along the grassy park, play a game of fetch or run and romp around and just enjoy each other's company in these five spectacular off-leash dog parks.

This unique state park is commonly known as OLDA. OLDA stands for off-leash dog area. You and your new best friend may run along the 4.5 acres and its wooded trails all day. You guys can play fetch, take in the huge spacious openings and bowl-shaped slopes and just enjoy yourselves to your hearts' content. This park has several waste bag stations for everyone's convenience. This will always make visitors happy and keep the park clean.

This seven-acre off-leash dog park was brought about by a land-use agreement with the two companies know as Xcel Energy and NSP-Minnesota. High Bridge Dog Park is supervised by the city of Saint Paul and its Parks and Recreations Departments. The park is a dream come true for you and your furry little canine friend. You guys can walk through the nature terrain, run a little while down one of its trails and then take a nice dip in the river. Feel free to throw a ball and play fetch.

This beautiful off-leash dog park is entirely fenced in for you and your furry friend's safety. This is a small off-leash dog park compared to some but the safety fence makes everyone feel better. You and your pooch can run along, romp around, play fetch and share a small snack in this delightful park. You'll be smiling and they will be barking and wagging their tails during this special outing.

This beautiful canine park is known as one the best dog parks in the entire nation. You and your dog will find several friends along these trials. Among the park's offerings are a dog washing station, double-entry gates, pick-up bags, a weather shelter and night lights for evening visits.
