There will be vendors from all over the state to help with wedding planning and fashion details. A fashion show is planned on an 80-foot runway with the trendiest bridal fashions and dresses for the entire wedding party. This cooperative event between the Minnesota History Museum and the Palestinian Heritage Museum pairs teens from Minnesota with teens from Palestine. The young people study both American and Palestinian design, then create their own clothing line based on what they've learned. The project will feature two runway shows, one in Palestine and one in St. Paul at the Heritage Center. The Minnesota show will be held in May at the Minnesota History Center, but watch the Design Diaries International website for specifics on event date, time and location.
