The winner? Salted Caramel Puff.

The Salted Caramel Puff can be a sundae or a malt. It is made with Minnesota dairy farmer’s secret State Fair recipe vanilla ice cream, topped with caramel sauce and Old Dutch Puffcorn.

Visitors of the Dairy Goodness Bar can also submit a suggestion for the 2016 “Flavor of the Fair” contest. In addition to being in the running for becoming the 2016 Minnesota State Fair flavor, one suggestion will be drawn each day and the writer will receive a copy of ‘The Dairy Good Cookbook: Everyday Comfort Food From America’s Dairy Farm Families.”
